Customer Service Agents provide friendly service to Customers by providing general flight information in all locations.

Locations: ATLANTA, CHICAGO, DALLAS, MIAMI, and JFK

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License and excellent driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Well groomed and physically fit
• Typing ability or keyboard skills
• Ability to work under time constraints
• Available to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Able to read and write English; bilingual skills encouraged but not required
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Specific position may also require:

• Alpha and numeric filing
• Multi-line phone operations
• Knowledge of PC and keyboard
• Copy, fax, & other standard office equipment skills
