is an information system designed and developed by Alliance Air. Since the system was first launched in the summer of 1998 as a freight tracking system, new functions have been added to it to meet Alliance Air’s business requirements in its cargo ground handling service and road feeder service for its client airlines. Today, in addition to the original freight tracking and EDI messaging processes, 3ATrack also has the capability to act as a warehouse management system, yield management system, and airline cargo reservation system.

Customer Services: Our # 1 priority

Our facilities are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, even on holidays. The office and warehouse are staffed according to the carrier's requirements. The size of our operation allows us to adjust manpower requirements to adapt to carrier delays and schedule changes with very little notice.

Office personnel are assigned to account specific duties and are cross trained from cargo acceptance to client customer service. This allows for proper coverage and flexibility in the operation at all times.

Alliance Air provides employees with extensive customer service training. Alliance Air's staff and personnel use expertise in loading, documentation and dangerous goods acceptance so that our airline clients can concentrate on managing and developing their markets.
