is an information system designed and developed by Alliance Air. Since the system was first launched in the summer of 1998 as a freight tracking system, new functions have been added to it to meet Alliance Air’s business requirements in its cargo ground handling service and road feeder service for its client airlines. Today, in addition to the original freight tracking and EDI messaging processes, 3ATrack also has the capability to act as a warehouse management system, yield management system, and airline cargo reservation system.

IMPORT OFFICE AGENTS (Full Time for our O'Hare and Atlanta Facilities)

This position is responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from data entry, customer service to the inspection and release of freight and all documentation. Qualified candidates should have an eye for detail, previous customer service experience and familiarity with computers.


IMPORT AGENT / FRONT COUNTER

Responsible for accepting checks, vouchers and clearances. Data entry, release of freight, and documents. Making outbound documentation calls. Reconciliation of daily inventory.

IMPORT AGENT / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Calling in storage notification, comparison of inventory, cargo tracing, data entry and answering inbound calls. Knowledge of U.S. Customs procedures for Bonded freight helpful. One (1) year of customer service experience preferred. This position requires heavy public contact. High school diploma and fluent English speaking skills are required. Full or part time applicants will be reviewed.


IMPORT AGENT / FLIGHT AGENT

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Data entry for clients, preparation of transit flight documents, creation of inbound flight manifests.


EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (Full Time for our O'Hare and Atlanta Facilities)

This is a full time position w/ various hours and includes the following duties: accept cargo bookings, rates, quotes, accept cargo airway bills (AWBs) and inspect freight if needed, data entry of AWBs, breakdown AWB for distribution, prepare flight folders, respond to telex messages, send ULD tracking information and inventory ULDs after flights depart, maintain dangerous goods files, prepare declarations for the flight. This position requires applicant to be 18 yrs. of age or older, HS diploma or equivalent, verifiable 10-year background, English speaking skills &computer literacy. Customer service oriented individuals w/ previous airline handling & dangerous goods certification are urged to apply.
