According to President Robert L. Jones, Jr., the need for
increased training is absolutely essential to the
continued growth and success of Alliance Airlines.
"There is so much going on with
technology, and since we now handle over 110 carriers, we have to
stay on top of what computers can do for us, and what our clients'
expectations of us are. The whole idea is to offer a full service,
'soup to nuts' product and our employees have to be ready to do
just that: service our clients 100 percent."
Also, 3A Track will be continually revised and updated to offer
even more features and enhanced service and reporting
capabilities. According to Jones,
"3A
Track is by far the biggest financial commitment we have going,
beside facilities of course, and we intend to maximize its
potential."
